Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping. We only ship to United States.

What is the shipping fee?

Standard shipping within the U.S. over $75.00 is free. Shipping under $75.00 is $5.00

Where is my order?

All packages are shipped with USPS First Class and we fulfill all orders within 24 hours. You can track your package(s)(USPS TRACKING LINK) here, Please note, if you order multiple items, you may have multiple deliveries.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to fulfill all orders within 24 hours. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

What is your return and refund policy?

We do not accept any returns or offer any refunds. All sales are FINAL.
If you have any concerns with any product received, please send a picture of the product and your order number to support@dankleafs.com

How can I make changes to an order I placed?

Please contact support@dankleafs.com and we will work to change the order before it gets fulfilled. Once the order is fulfilled, we can no longer make changes.

Why was my order cancelled?

We have a comprehensive fraud prevention system that automatically flags and cancels orders that are potentially fraudulent.
If an order is cancelled, the payment will be credited to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

How to post a review for my purchase?

You will receive a feedback email from us once the order has been delivered after which you can post a review in our website.
